We are so excited to welcome Kim Tabor as our guest speaker at this year’s Women’s Retreat! Kim, along with her husband, Brian Tabor, have been in ministry for nearly 30 years and are well known nationally in the worship and conference community – including the Stripped Free podcast and WorshipProbs podcast and social media platforms. We are thrilled and feel so blessed that God has allowed us this opportunity! At the retreat, Kim will lead our teaching sessions as we tackle what God has to say about facing our fears. Every single day we are faced with different circumstances that can create fear, worry and anxiety in our lives. We struggle with fear of the future and fear of the unknown. How do we rise up and learn to live above our fears even if our circumstances don’t change? What does it mean to have God fighting for us? What’s the battle plan and do we play any role in that plan? Kim, along with her husband, Brian Tabor are incredibly gifted worship leaders with a mission to communicate God’s love through song and spoken word, and create moments when others can experience the presence of God. On Sunday morning, we’ll have the privilege of being led in worship by both Brian and Kim as we wrap up the last session and our time together!

- What are the accommodations like?
- All rooms are in the Chesapeake Lodge and sleep 3 ladies. Most rooms have a queen, double, or extra long single beds in each room, allowing each guest their own bed. All rooms are newly renovated with a full bathroom, tub/shower, toilet, and sink, night stands, and free wi-fi. The rooms feature a second sink and mirrors located outside the bathroom. Rooms are hotel-style and include linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, iron, and ironing board. (Note: Groups of 4 can be accommodated with 1 per bed, but there is not a reduced fee for 4 in a room).
